It doesn’t get much better than when aliens and technology meet. Sadly aliens didn’t create it and it’s far from being advanced technology. However, it is in the shape of a UFO, which is alien enough for me. The rechargeable speaker is small enough to pop it in your pocket or book bag, so that it will always be with you when you’re in need of music. Plus, not only is it alien friendly, but it is plenty affordable and doesn’t actually look cheap.It’s one of the few portable speakers I’ve seen off of GizGeek that doesn’t look too shabby. It might be that the sleek black keeps it simple, as well as preventing it from appearing cheaply made. The on/off switch has a blue LED power indicator. It comes with a built-in rechargeable Lithium-ion battery and it will work with any type of MP3 player as well as your computer. The top hatch opens up, either for looks or to allow the speaker to transmit sound a bit better, they don’t actually explain that part. You can purchase the speaker for $15.
