Motorola adds the new MC55 series to its Enterprise Digital Assistants (EDA) family. Two models are available, the MC5590 and MC5574. Both of them support GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks and comes with integrated GPS receiver.
Motorola’s MC55 EDA is powerd a Marvell XScale PXA270 520 MHz processor and runs Windows Mobile 6.1. The EDA has a 3.5-inch touchscreen and a 2 Megapixel auto focus camera. MC5590 supports WiFi 802.11a/b/g and Bluetooth while the MC5574 comes equipped with Wireless WAN (WWAN), WiFi and Bluetooth. The MC5574 has a QWERTY keyboard.
