TabletKiosk announced the new MediSlate MCA i1040XT that is the only mobile clinical assistant (MCA) with a sunlight readable 10.4 inch resistive touchscreen. MediSlate MCA i1040XT is powered by an Intel Core 2 Solo U2100 ULV processor, 2GB of RAM, a 80GB hard drive or a 32GB SSD storage.
This touchscreen MCA has a 10.4-inch LED-backlight display that is sunlight readable, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, a 2 Megapixel webcam, 2D barcode reader, RFID reader and fingerprint scanner. 3G WWAN module is also available as an option.
Designed for healthcase professionals, the MediSlate MCA i1040XT improve workflow efficiencies, ease clinician workloads, and help reduce medication and administrative errors by utilizing an array of data and image capturing technologies. It has a rugged design meeting the IP54 and MIL-STD-810F standards for rain, spill, dust and vibration resistant and withstanding up to 4 feet drop.
TabletKiosk MediSlate MCA i1040XT is available now for $2,795. It runs Windows Vista Business and comes with a docking station.
