Samsung has announced the shipment of its 32GB moviNAND embedded memory card that uses the 30nm process technology. Each 32GB moviNAND card integrates eight 32Gb NAND chips, MMC controller and a firmware which helps to improve the performance of devices while processing and storing large amounts of data.The 30nm-based moviNAND will also come in capacities of 4GB, 8GB and 16GB.
